What on earth are all these scripts people are wearing these days?

heh.. I wear about the same.. exept an AO.. cause well.. noone seems to be able to make a male AO that doesnt make you look like a poser..

I actually use some AO poses meant for men because I find those made for women a bit much.

There are some simple male stands around, arms at sides in a natural way, hands on hips. Look around. Torrid and Reverie have good ones.

I personally ran into the dilema with scripts concerning sounds in my AVs. Many people complained of the noise that the Avatar made initially and requested a silence mode, thus I implicated a seperate control script to shut off the 'Sound' script completely.

So there is an option to shut off simultaneous scripts which actually calls up a warning ( not an error) informing the user that said could not be found when in actuality the script is still there ready to be turned back on at the users discretion.

I have to agree too much of anything in functions cannot be good over time. So if creators can.. please employ a shut off scripts function thereby expanding the user options as well on many products.

You know what I'd like to know? What on earth those numbers mean. I don't think anyone has a very good reference for "what is good" and "what is bad" because LL's never bothered to explain how to interpret those numbers: Script time .5ms - per what?

All I know is it's not per frame, or per second, or the tools are bugged.

I asked once about this, with no reply:
/139/8e/101238/1.html

The other thing is (as mentioned earlier) that there's a bug in the script scheduler ever since 1.10 rolled around - all scripts consume script time, regardless if they have something to do or not. I've filed bug reports (why I bother, I don't know either) but I haven't gotten LL to acknowledge the problem.
