Last I checked SLB was having some glitches due to sl.com being partly shutdown over the weekend. Flip is currently in london meeting with others. just give him 24 hours to get things fixed

We are currently working on a communication problem between Second Life and SLBoutique.com. If you are having problems with a deposit, please be aware that all transactions are logged and the money will be deposited into your SlBoutique account as soon as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and will let you everybody know when we have the problem fixed. _____________________

I guess I'll shop SLExchange instead! |

Any ETA on when I will have access to the money I put into your system? Kai, Your deposit should be reflected on SLBoutique.com. If you -- or anyone -- does not find this to be the case, please send an IM to Commerce Leader and we will look into it immediately. We are working on an alternate method of retrieving deposits that does not involve the now-delayed transaction history from SecondLife.com. Thanks and apologies for any inconvenience, Christian Prior _____________________

Thanks and apologies for any inconvenience, Christian Prior None of the money that I gain from sales was depostied into my account. Exemple, the last transaction: someone bought a necklace from me for 100$L, the result percentage I get is 92$L, but I STILL have 50$L in my account. I also check my inworld SL transaction history and I have nothing from Commerce Leader...... I guess I should IM uh! _____________________

Just to reiterate Flipper and I are on holiday until July 9th. All SLB stuffs are being handled by Christian Prior. We have limited and sporadic access to Second Life and the forums.

I sincerely apologize for any delays in customer service that may be occuring. I'm currently in London with Jennyfur, on my first vacation in 2 years, and just heard about any probolems.
Christian Prior and Nihil Overdrive are learning the ropes, however, they have my full confidence. I apologise for any delays in customer service, but I am truly not in a position to help in an immediately sense. They're two of the brightest guys I know, and will take care of you. I apologize for any inefficiencies - I've heard the grid was down for a bit, which probably created chaos! I wish I could have popped in earlier, however, my grandmother insisted I ate more choco mint chip ice cream. Weird excuse, but if you had an English grandmother, you'd understand. If anyone has ANY problems that are not resolved, by ALL MEANS, feel free to contact me directly after July 9th, please - while I have the utmost confidence in Christian Prior and Nihil Overdrive, I will IMMEDIATELY deal with any problem you do not feel has been completely dealt with to your satisfaction as soon as I can personally. I return July 9th and promise with 48 hours, I will deal with ANY concerns brought to my attention personally. SLBoutique is an Electric Sheep Website, and I'm a proud member of The Electric Sheep Company - by all means, let me help you, when I get back, if I must. The rest of the team is awesome, and will try to take care of you in the meantime. In the meantime, I'm sure Christian and Nihil will help - trust me, I'd hire them to write code before I hire myself! Regards, -FlipperPA in London _____________________

Just a quick question to anyone here: How do I withdraw my money?
I've looked on the website, and even went to and ATM and say withdraw 800, /withdraw 800, and even clicked it for commands to the ATM, but still nothing. I can't find the withdraw option on the website either. Can someone help me please? ![]() _____________________

Is the email address listed on the pages still working too? I transferred a small amount across two days ago for a mod/copy sand island for water land I wanted to sell. I ended up making my own sand island and sold the land a few hours later, so the L$s are now in pointless limbo. I waited 24 hours as instructed then when the money still hadn't shown up, I sent an email last night. But I'm wondering if you guys are getting emails if the proprietors are away because my SLB balance is still zero. ![]() _____________________

It has frequently been the case that new SL releases have caused the SL -> third party transaction mechanisms to break due to undocumented changes by LL which the third party vendors have to debug and work around.
If there is any third party SL vendor whose word is as good as gold, it is Flipper's. Disclaimer: I have no connection with, etc. etc. |
