What has SL taught me?

1. Tolerance: I thought I was pretty tolerant before, but I have become more so.

2. That people are much more interested in sex then we let on in RL.

3. That helpful people greatly outnumber griefers.

4. That text is a lousy way to communicate.

I'm sure I will think of more...

Without doubt SL has helped me to improve on the skills I already had, which, with the exception of clothing and scripting, are all of the above. I am picking up bits and pieces from modifying existing scripts, but, for someone like me who really has no knowledge of scripting, the wiki is pretty much useless. It's all "Greek" to me.

Now that I have gotten better templates for clothing, I will be trying my hand at it once again. Thanks to a certain sweet kid who needed help with her JEVNs. :D

One thing I am looking forward to is the flexibles. My imagination is already running wild on what could be done with hair, clothing and all sorts of things.

So... in light of the above, I suppose I should go back and select "other".... :)

That you should never expect anyone to have a higher opinon of you than you have of yourself.

And that Einstein was correct - Imagination is more important than knowledge.
