I'm not clear on what was taken after rights were granted. Is this referring to objects or land? If objects, were they deeded to a group, did the creator have copies, are they fully permed so that the taker can sell them?

Hmm... I'm still confused. How is 1) achieved anyway? How do you gain trust/mod rights except by being given them? And if you gave trustee rights to someone you don't trust 100%, you are begging for trouble.

I would like to see grant mod rights and grant take rights option to extend mod rights capability, therefore separating opportunity for griefers to take advantage of such in game mechanics, as they will no longer allow such nuances. but eh, not worth SL money/time probably

I (and my co-mate) were pretty newb in trusting this person as they obviously were interested in acceptable exploitation opportunity (not really since it seems to be acceptable behavior, just morally/unethically wrong) blah blah, whatever, it happens, no more trust to give
