OK, due to the dramas going on in this thread: /108/c7/126856/1.html I thought I would cut to the chase and post a pic of my own skybox, for all to see   As you can see, it is not SL's most exciting skybox...on the OUTSIDE anyway  . It is a converted Osprey dock, with the normally transparent windows textured on the outside to keep out those pesky prying eyes...It has a sandy roof with beach umbrella for soaking up the rays, but most of my rooftop furniture hasn't been unpacked since my last move. Inside there is...well hell, I aint telling you about that! That's why I built it in the sky, PRIVACY y'know! But talk to me nice and maybe, who knows, you might get a guided tour  . Now you've all seen it, I guess you'll all stay the hell away, right? |

Somebody please start a thread. "Pic Contest of whats going on inside of skyboxes". Of course I suggest the person who does it indicate they are kidding. Just think it would be funny. Would do it my self, but my professional restraint prevents me. Good idea tho, I think Il post a pic of my own skybox. |

Well they're not skyboxes, they're sky islands. I'm sorry I know how to post links but not pics so here are links to the pics.  The islands are on the Forum sim. They are still only partially completed as you can see by the gray texture in some areas but they are almost done. Sky islands one with clouds Sky islands two clouds turned offEDIT: Oh and yes of course Forum is open to the public, just be careful who you might stumble upon cuddling in the bushes. |

Ty Fade Built by a few people. Oh and we also have a brand new skybox maze. I don't have pictures but they'd be boring boxes from the outside anyway. People have been practicing to see how fast they can get through the maze and back down to the ground. |
