Philip could buy L$3.1 billion.

And give each of us our L$65,401 share.

I would suggest they put a good part of these funds tward developing, implmenting, and funding a "New DI" system.

Its gotta be advertising, so the average person on the street knows what Second Life is. Then I can stop trying to explain it to people who act like they understand but just don't get it.

I think they should spend it on a huge boat - and with whats left over have a party.

That way they get to see it go to something that will give a lil enjoyment.. seems to me no matter what it's spent on it, if information on that were to get out, would be considered 'the wrong thing' by "the majority of people in SL"

("The Majority of people in SL" is an imaginary group that folks incite to make their particular argument sound more important and 'righterer' at last count it was 8 or so)

The majority of people in SL think you're dead wrong there. I asked them, and they were happy to have me speak for them on it. Oh, and they want the money to be given to me by way of compensation for not being able to play SL any more and the Lindens not giving a shit for the last year or more. Can't argue with the majority!

Implement the 2nd-gen graphics engine. Optimize the shit out of client-sim and sim-sim communications so that we don't go into the twilight zone when we go from one region to another in a vehicle. Get Mono rolled out. Get some version of Havok greater than 1 rolled out. Give us the ability to create mixed phantom/nonphantom link sets and don't count phantom prims against the limit for physics to be turned on. Give us the ability to be impervious to llPushObject(). Cause water to act like water.

And, give us an ocean.

I suppose other stuff is important too, but I care most about the world acting like a world.

Do you like ... sit and think about how much you don't like me all night ... and then come up with witty, novel personal attacks like this?

Because the only time you enter my mind is when you make these snipes.

Perception is 9/10ths of reality.

This picture and caption call for a somewhat contrary sounding statement about something being 1/10 of something.

If that helps you :)

Generally, I only think of you when I see something utterly devoid of sanity posted in forums.

But at least I think of you :)

You missed the sarcasm, apparently. That's why it's not "wit".

Nah just didn't register your sarcasm - because for me, it was truth. They are witty, novel, and of course damn funny.

Humor, like indignation, comes when it hits close to home.
