I hadn't thought of the bill introduction, great idea. Would these be NB peers or foreign peers? Is it kind of like asking the NB SC for 3rd party arbitration for a fee? I kinda of view the SC as 2nd party in this particular case. Has Ulrika been formally charged/indicted? I ask, because Ordinal Malaprop could ask for a trial, but what would the case/charge be?

I bring all this up because you may want to include these distinctions it in your bill so that you can make sure Ulrika gets a trial if the bill is passed.

At this point, I'd like to kindly request Kevn to moderate his insistent attacks on an interpretation of Kendra's intentions. Kevn, you've made your point, and it's not by repeating it one thousand times that it becomes clearer. If your point was simply to raise doubts if Kendra's announcements were an "ultimatum" or not, well, as said, writing it once is more than enough. So, if you persist in that line of argumentation after this warning, there is sadly no other choice but to really assume that you have no other intention than to bother Kendra in public — which certainly qualifies as a personal attack.

If that attack was not intended at all, I would also ask you to offer your apologies to Kendra, in a way she deems reasonable, in private or in public.

Kendra, it's very hard for the SC to define a simple procedure like "all complaints and requests for further investigation should be done in written form, by email or on a notecard" and then open an exception for you by accepting, just a few days after that procedure was established, that the forums are a viable alternative for filing claims. They aren't. Since you have a right to refuse the procedures of the SC (which are not "laws", and still insist to file a request of investigation on possible abuses by Kevn, the best I can offer is to send an email in your name to the SC, asking them to investigate Kevn's potential abuses on your behalf — if you want. Naturally, I'd prefer if you did it by yourself, but the choice is yours.

I'm afraid that this thread has degenerated into a discussion about Kevn's interpretation on Kendra's announcement, and as such, has no place under the subject of this thread. So I'm now closing it, but feel free to open new threads on a different subject.
