I don't think it's just up to the SC to decide because they don't hold the levers of power on the forum. Only the Founders do. It has to be a negociated settlement.

Ok, so the bill would just say Founders own the forum, are permanent moderators and will ensure that only willing Founders and sitting SC members are moderators. Moderation activities and procedures will be governed by mutual agreement between the SC and the Founders.

Gotta include mention of Founders because they're also moderators, but might not happen to be on the SC.

It's fine --but it doesn't need a Constitutional amendment. The point is that the SC should come up with it's own internal rules as to how they wish to moderate the forums.

In turn I offer a gentlelady's agreement that I will abide by whatever they determine as rules --minus my leaving moderator status.

I've been a moderator on this forum since it's inception. I've never heard any complaints yet.

Bill 4-24 - Neualtenburg Projekt Forum Moderation
This bill seeks to formalize the role of moderator of the Neualtenburg Projekt Forum (NPF). The NPF is the official forum of both the Projekt and the City of Neualtenburg.

NPF Owners: The City Founders, Ulrika Zugzug and Kendra Bancroft will be the NPF owners until such time as they voluntarily step down. Either Founder can be reinstated as NPF owner upon that Founder's request to the remaining Founder or to LL. Transfer of NPF ownership to a non-Founder party other than an LL employee is strictly prohibited. NPF owners are charged with ensuring the forum content meets the LL ToS.

NPF Moderators: The NPF owner(s) and sitting members of the SC will be NPF moderators. NPF owner(s) will confer and revoke moderator status to ensure the above. SC member moderators are charged with ensuring that the forum content meets the NB ToS.

Moderation Activities: The policies and procedures of NPF moderation will be determined by mutual agreement between the NPF owner(s) and the SC. These mechanism are a matter internal to the NPF owner(s)/SC but will abide by the principle that the majority of forum moderation decisions be respected.

It doesn't matter what the RA thinks unless the SC specifically requests our opinion.

I'd like the forum to stay intact. The road to Hell is paved with good intentions.

I stake no claim to the forum whatsoever anymore. Once I removed myself as moderator, Kendra became the sole owner. This is up to you all. I do think the forum has value though and if it is abandoned, I would be happy to preserve it.

I think the roll spelling should stand, it's kinda like some of the archaic english in our own constitution.
