Should Kenda have the power to moderate forums since the constitution gives that power to the SC only?

It doesn't, Kevn. It only gives the SC the role to moderate forums. There is nothing in the Constitution stating that I cannot.

Aren't you all happy that Kevn has acquired a strange affinity for injecting himself into N'burg politics despite having no history with the group, owning no land, and not understanding the government? Enjoy. :D

That's like says the US constitution grants congress the power to raise up armies. It doesn't say I can't raise up an army, so it's OK for me to do so.

Since three moderators is probably enough and since there are three branches of government, I would think an easy formula to take up would be that the heads of each of the three branches of government should be allowed to moderate the forum.

I don't know why your so concerned though Kevn not being a citizen. I'm not sure you'd be happy being one either given our complete separation of church and state. :p

You're quite incorrect on this, Kevn.

Quite the contrary. I do have experience with this forum, and I have had my posts removed without cause, by you. I have read the constitution, and I'm interested in becoming a land owner now it seems level headed people are controlling it, for the most part.

I would like to buy land as soon as some becomes available.

You would be mistaken. I am interested in becoming a citizen.

I'm concerned because it's me who is being silenced for no reason.

I sincerely doubt it's for no reason. I'm fairly sure there was a reason.
There have already been numerous posts from you that weren't deleted that I could easily have deleted for personal attack reason.

But I tend to allow all posts to remain in the light of day where they can be appropriately laughed at.

No, I'm correct. When the constitution specifically gives a branch of government power to control a certain aspect of government, it automatically denies all others branches power over that aspect of government, unless it specifically gives that power to other branches.

There's quite a bit of land available. Go to Neualtenburg.info and arrange with Sudane for a parcel. If you find none --I'd be happy to sell you some of my own land.

But it doesn't give it control, Kevn.

"The Scientific Council (SC) is a self-selected meritocracy. Its
governmental role is to interpret and enforce the constitution.
Its service roll(sic) is to resolve citizen disputes and moderate
user forums and events. "

That does not state that only SC members are to be moderators.

The US constitution doesn't say ONLY congress can raise up armies, but what would you think if the USSC started it's own army, or insisted it have power to control the army.

In fairness to Kevn there is a post from Ulrika right in this thread that if I was moderating I might have deleted. Far worse than anything Kevin has said lately.

I don't personally believe in moderation at all, but I think it's something we should discuss and have set rules (or no rules) for as agreed upon by Nburg as a group.

The problem is if this forum is "Kendra's forum" (as she implied) and not Nburgs forum, then who could enforce them anyway?

This still leads back around to the fact that Neualtenburg the city/state/government needs a proper forum and one that is able to be policed by the city/state/government since it's a public reflection of said city/state/government.
