After a little fooling around I made up this PSD file.
You draw on the "blue height map" layer with blue <0,0,255>. The more blue the higher the object will rise in those areas.

Turn off the Red and Green Gradient layer so you can see what you are drawing better. Also note the 3D model when uploaded will be backwards left to right. Before uploading resize the image to 32x32 before uploading. Have fun

Hey folks, i can't believe that sculpted prims is such a powerfull thing. i started in the beta grid and saw a lot of really nice stuff. last night i was sitting in my 3d laboratory and sculpting my first prim.
it is a head with texture on.

and yes texturing is so much easier with sculpted prims.

ah, i compare the maya script with the 3ds max scripting language. it would not be too difficult to translate, but sorry, i'm to busy. have to sculpt and sculpt and...

thanks a lot for this prim.

hope the other bugs will fix soon.

PriNova, that is pretty dang sweet! The power of sculpies emerges. Did Qarl think it could be taken this far when he created the sculpty.

Wow!

That is Impressive! Nice work.

That is the first that I have heard that texturing would be easier though.

In my experience so far it has been fairly unpredictable.
