how do you sell?

Im new to SL and i just figured out how to make tattoos and i want to sell them in my shop. this is probably a really dumb question, but, how do i do that? how do i put the pictures up of them on the walls for people to buy? and how do you get the words and stuff on them? is that all done in gimp as well?

Gimp is one option. You can do the whole picture in Gimp including the price, and what not.

Then you upload that image to SL the same way you uploaded the tattoo. Make a box. Texture one face with that image. Edit the box, put your tattooed clothing layer in the Contents tab of the Edit box. On the General tab, name the box according to what is in it, turn on For Sale, set the price, and click the radio button to Sell Contents.

It is ready to be sold.

That is the simplest way to do it. There are many, many more ways of doing it.
