From: Donovan Caerndow Funny, over 2000 sims go belly up and performance is still in the pits. Go figure. =( Don The Hobo
Actually performance on all 12 of my Homesteads is FANTASTIC. They occasional lag we would see before is gone. Its been wonderful (sorry). I'd suggest test what you have on your own sim. That may be whats causing poor performance...not the other 3 on the server.

I had four Open Space sims. There was no lag or performance issues on any of them. I think this whole thing was a load of poop. But I thank the Lindens for putting about $300 a month back into my own pocket in these trying economic times. $3600.00 a year not spent with Linden Labs on purely disposable income entertainment splurges like vanity Open Space sims to compliment my full sims, well, that's a lot of money. I can buy a pretty nice Les Paul every year with the money that will save me. I think I'll name my next one Linden.

I haven't yet been able to find anything in Support that says how to deactivate a Homestead sim (what a surprise). Short of cancelling my account, how does one deactivate a sim? Support ticket?
