Great to hear from you, Judy! I hope that I can speak for most of us when I say that I hope that this sort of communication continues. We've been seeing a lot of new employees come in with enthusiastic entry posts in the Forums, only to never hear from them again. It would be great to continue an on-going conversation with a representative who is responsible for talking to us. I think Katt TRIED, but she got flamed so many times here that either she's gone from LL, or she's scared to talk to us again.  Our main concern is that we want to know that we're being heard and acknowledged. Good luck in your new position, and stay to talk to us! Oryx |
