So, I've noticed that every single time i log into Aditi, my inventory reloads completely. Given that I have 35k items... is that strictly necessary?

Let me clarify. Normally, in the main grid, my inventory is my inventory unless I clear cache, in which case it takes 10-20 minutes to reload. When I log into aditi, it acts as if I have cleared cache every single time.

I checked to make sure the transform for your account had been removed after the first inventory copy, and it wasn't there, as expected. I'm not sure when you were experiencing this, but there were power issues in one of our data centers this weekend:

To rule that out, if you log into aditi now, does it still take 10+ minutes to log in? If so, what's the message underneath the progress bar when it's stopped making much progress?

It's not on login... it's once I"m inworld and perform a search in inventory. Expected behavior: Unless i"ve cleared cache, it will do very little fetching.

Previous behavior: Every time I logged in, it fetched everything.

Today: It only had to fetch the last 6k or so.

Odd. Anyway. 6000 is no huge deal, it doesn't take too long.

But "previous behavior" happened for weeks.

What about scripts, compile date and name of resident compiling?

Bet you saw this question coming... is there any way to opt out of such a refresh? Ideally, the refresh would be opt-in, and a resident could do it anytime.

Also, what is the current (or estimated, or guessed) timeline for 1.27 getting deployed on the main grid?

Thanks!

I'd like to opt-in to the opt-out, unless opting-out of the opt-in is not an option.

It wouldn't be optimal. :D
