How often is the new support portal expected to be down? It's down for scheduled maint for 9 hours (!!!) tonight. Is this going to happen on any kind of a regular basis?
*ALL* SL support seems to go through this now and shutting it all down on the weekend is very inconvenient. It seems like sometime M-F during LL working hours might be a better time to schedule these kinds of things.

im not sure if you noticed but im pretty sure SL has stoped caring about whats down and how long they will get to it when they feel like it.... they took out live help from the game and reporing doesnt do anything cause they never get it for a day or 2 and by time they "resolve" the issue a few days later shit happens again
just take a look at the thread i posted a while back /341/34/185233/1.html same concept different sim just in this sim im asking to help out so it doesnt crash and even tho im willing to help an dthis thread has been here awhile NOTHING has changed and im pretty sure a linden hasn't even talked about it let alone read it _____________________

When I went to bed last night, the scheduled downtime was supposed to end at 6AM, Eastern time. Now it says 11AM. It's past noon and they're still down.
