OK this may seem stupid to you but frustrating to me. I am a newbie and started with a free account. I upgraded it to a premium and have found gold tickets on several occasions and i keep getting told to upgrade :/ I HAVE upgraded. so what is the problem??? MANY including myself are having this problem. It doesnt seem fair.
