Overal I like Windlight very much... but yesterday I was faced with something I didn't like.

In the "normal" client there is an option in the preferences that you can use to make it more dark (1 = normal, 0 = very dark). I used this very often when making pictures. It was awesome for some very nice light effects...

It is gone in Windlight... at least I cannot find it anymore :(.

After the "custom"-checkbox I had to push the "Hardware options" button. In the window that opens I see indeed Gamma and Nighttime Brightness (this was the one I was looking for).

But I can change neither of them, while I can with the old client (just checked). Any ideas?

It's a definite improvement, if your hardware can handle it enough to give you acceptable performance, or you want to upgrade your machine. It wouldn't make me run out and buy a new video card as long as there is the regular viewer, however.
