How would I change a parcel of land from group owned to sole owner? I need to split one group into 2.
thank you and I am sorry if I missed an earler post regarding this.
I need to allow my renters to change video/audio settings and keep my own personal land to not be part of the rental group.

Set the parcel you want to own for sale to your own name for whatever amount you want. BE SURE YOU DO NOT SET THE LAND TO "ANYBODY". Make sure it is your name that you set it for or you will lose the land to a landbot.
