That would be a blast down the road when I have this external drive problem resolved. There is some hope on that front. My beloved partner plugged the drive into the laptop. Eventually, my files did show up and we were able to watch a few videos to check that they still play as they should, and even copy one to the laptop. The files are safe so far as we know at this point. Once we found that out, we attempted to hook it back up through my machine. Seems the problem is with my USB. I am soo relieved, as that 500 gig external is over a quarter full of my work for the past 2 years. Thank you all who sent positive thoughts about it, they worked!
my new thing is someone bought me one of those OD guitars...they showed me their stage so i went and found a free one and they saw how much i was getting into it that a few days later i was given a beautiful BC beast..i love it =)

Thank you, come on by the video vendor any time! If for any reason that isn't available, my classifieds tab has other vendors, and now there are several in my PICKS tab as well. The video vendor is the only one with the freebie flydance though. Happy jamming and dancing!
