When I wrote to him, I told him that I wanted toy soldiers and a bike - but I also said at the end that he can just get whatever he thinks is best and let it be a suprise. I trust his judgement.

Well, if by Santa you mean my parents- most likely something I'll never wear or use. They're really good at Not Knowing What Their Son Has An Interest In, as the box of Aeropostale shirts will show. Havent worn any of those shirts, never even bought one for myself, despite my mother insisting "All the kids are wearing them!"- even tho I haven't been a "kid" per se for about 20 years.
 Someone wake me up when this Xmas thing is over. _____________________

What do I want? LAND! I always want more land.
 What am I really getting? Probably a new digital camera with all the bells and whistles, as ours is hopelessly outdated (even though it was "state of the art" when we bought it) My how quickly technology changes! And probably my own dedicated printer, for the same reason. Merry Chirstmas, everyone. Don't forget to wish for health and happiness of all you friends and family, both in SL and in RL. My family has gotten much larger since Second Life came along! _____________________

I'll be alone as my partner is going to visit family during the holidays, and it doesn't hurt me at all. I am going to play games, watch a movie or two, finish that book I have been trying to finish for months e.t.c. Christmas is what you make it. I just want peace. And chocolate and Cognac! And will enjoy working out for the next couple of months.. _____________________

In SL I am giving myself a scrapbook of some of the wonderful moments that friends have given me in my first year here in SL ... something I have utterly failed to do for the immense unsorted pile of physical and digital pics in RL!!
I'll leave it out on my coffeetable .... (erm guess i have to build a coffeetable) ... so maybe my friends will enjoy it too! |

I don't think Santa is visiting me this year.
My family and I haven't talked in years. And my boyfriend usually has no money. I hope he gives me hugs and cuddles but I am not holding my breath for it. Only gifts I get usually are in SL. _____________________
