I recall seeing impromptu trailer parks in Morris and Cordova, back when Cordova was the only complete sandbox sim.
I recall a little mobile home made by Maxx Monde.

Not sure if anyone already mentioned this place, but I am walking through a trailer park in The Crossroads:: Bikers Blues Paradise....complete with flamingos! It's great!!! And there's a great dance place here too.
