I know of one at Nautilas City. Its entrance is underwater. I was shown it by one of the Lindens. Other people had found it too - it's at the western end of the city but I'm afraid that's all I can really say. You'll have to scuba along the sea-wall until you find it!

You can find the other end of it by exploring the Dido sim. Keep your eye on the road. :)

You learn something new every day! I didn't know it came out anywhere, me and the Linden companion came to a dead-end and had to turn back!

There are scripts in them there walls. Cam around until you get the hand icon telling you you can touch something. :)

IIRC the entrance to Greenies is a tunnel.

I was also at a furniture place the other day (Rustica) which has tunnels underneath the castle build.

Suffugium has some good tunnels. There's another city that has great tunnels, but I'll have to see if I can find it in my inventory. I'm drawing a blank right now.

Another good one is the Devil's Labyrinth on the Rivata Sim (177, 176,45). It's a lot of fun and difficult to find your way out.

There's also a long downward-spiraling tunnel under the library on the "October Country" sim. I have not been down to the bottom of it yet, though.

Underneath Grendel's there are almost 4 full sims of tunnels, caves, subterranean lakes (big enough to take a boat on), waterfalls & mine workings.
