A valid point which is why we tried to convince LL they needed to move all the PG regions to a PG continent. waaaaay off to the left/west on the map so the dirty minded 99.999999% of SL would not find them unless they looked hard. Instead it will likely be left to politicians, lawyers, CEOs, bankers, and judges to figure out at some point in the distant future when SL is a receding memory and everything is 3D. |

The simple answer is don't waste time trying it.
Such examples are excellent for pointing out policy holes to LL, and to justify ideas such as keeping PG and Mature on separate parcels (as well as to point out the poor decision process that allowed them to be abut in the first place). But a clear current goals of their policy is that people on PG sims should have zero risk of seeing such things. (I don't recall off the top of my head whether they made an exception for nude work by classical artists on PG sims, but this wouldn't count.) But unless you were somehow forced into this situation, say by having an adjacent sim change from Mature to PG, you chose to be there. I can't say how LL would actually decide in such a case, but my guess is that they'd prohibit it. Forcing their hand would most likely result in a warning or worse, without accomplishing anything. There's nothing to be gained. |

PG No Nakie at all No sex at all (even in IM) No violence at all Mature DO what you want so long as it is NOT VISIBLE outside your building. In other words it has NEVER been legal to be naked in your backyard in SL they just never enforced it. _____________________

I thought some Linden or other had explicitly stated that non-sexual nude beaches (naturalist locations in other words) would not need to move from Mature land to Zindra. There was no caveat about there being no PG regions nearby.

I agree that the current situation, where PG and mature mainland sims are intermixed, isn't ideal. I would support the creation of a new PG continent, the same as they've done for adult, then people will have a clear choice depending on their lifestyle or activity.

Are non-erect prim "naughty bits" considered automatically adult? (Edit: I see other people are bringing this up) Hanging out at a nude beach would be fine. Walking around pants-less on the mainland just to expose yourself to others would be inappropriate. _____________________
