Prim genitals at mature land

Hi all,

I've been visiting Laguna nude beach. I've noticed that most men there walk around with prim genitals, pretty enhanced, enlarged and most often erected ones. Lately I've also noticed that prim genitals for women has become more common. Out of curiosity I bought prim breasts and thought that a nude beach was the right place to try them on as all others are wearing genitals there. So I did. After only a couple of minutes with them on I got an IM from one of the female beach guards who said I had to take them off. I asked why and she said they were too big. Ok, they aren't small but neither are the penises that all the guys wear at the beach. She said that prim breasts are forbidden and only prim penises are allowed at Laguna beach. I was only allowed to wear the default avatar breasts there. I informed her that not all women are small up there and if penises are allowed then breasts should be too, or else, forbid them all. I made a comparison with real life nude beaches. If a large chested woman shows up at a nude beach IRL, it's just as okey as if a small breasted one does. But if a man shows up with an erection, he's probably immediately a case for the police as an erection in public is considered offensive. At Laguna beach it seems to be vice versa, the erected penises are allowed but not big breasted women. To me this is pure discrimination. The beach guard continued to argue about this so instead of letting me leave I had to answer and defend all her questions and accusations. I said I'd leave rather than take them off but she kicked me out before I even had a chance to move my hands from the keyboard and now she has told me she has sent an abuse report to the Lindens.

Ok, they might have whatever local rule they wish at Laguna beach. If they want to forbid prim breasts but allow prim erected penises, it's up to them. But how on earth could I have known about their local rule before I was entering their beach??? Acccording to her, the rules are written down on a board at the beach. That means that you have to actually be at the beach to read them before you can take actions and leave. Now, I was at the beach and because of that I was reported to the Lindens immediately. If I had known the rules I wouldn't even had entered the beach but the rules should in that case be stated outside of their land to read before entering, which is impossible as you can't have that information on other peoples land. The right way for the beach guard to behave would have been to give me the info or let me stay long enough to have time to read the rules and then let me leave as I said I would and not report to the Lindens unless I would have refused to leave. The way she did it was first to take two snapshots of me (I heard the camera clicks) and then she told me she had taken pics and was going to send an abuse report to the Lindens. How on earth could I know I was abusing at all when this happened just a couple of minutes after I had entered the land? Is this fair do you think? I certainly don't. I sent a report too for intolerance and discrimination. I don't even think I was abusing at all, not more than anyone else who is nude at that beach. I've tried to contact the land owner to see if he has the same opinion as his beach guard but he hasn't been online.

I wonder what's the Linden's opinion? The community standards, point 5, says that nudity is allowed at mature land and my prim breasts are definitely not worse than the erected prim penises at that beach. Laguna beach is mature land. Anyone who's been there knows what I'm talking about. Guys are walking around with enormous hardons there.

I had no idea that this would take such proportions and I really don't like reports and reporting myself. I think it's stupid to disturb the Lindens with useless reports about trifles like this. I wouldn't report at all unless she had told me that she had reported. I felt I needed to defend myself and show the Lindens my side of it. If a private land owner sets up local rules, it's not right to use the Lindens to defend their rules. The abuse reports are meant to defend the community standards and the terms of service, nothing else. Not personal opinions about what's right or wrong or offensive or not offensive.

Anyway I certainly made a mistake even entering Laguna beach. I will never set my foot there again for sure. There are funnier, friendlier and less discriminating places to visit.

lol no one is gonna do anything about that at linden labs hehe but its kinda funny. Maybe a woman runs it and wants to see all the mens stuff ^^

Anyhow that is just a funny story I would ignore the abuse report thing its mature land anyhow.. just chalk it up to illogical people and have a good laugh because honestly its worth a giggle or 20 and not worry about the silly guard who only wants to see certain "parts"

Is there a way to look yourself up on the LL abuse report database to see if you've ever been reported? Just curious!

Most women dont have4 opposition to boobs, however, if it was a gay man running the beach then I definately see the problem with baring breasts as opposed to penis's.. you know people dont like competition lol

Thanks for the comments guys and gals. Remember that the owner isn't the one who's reported me, but the female beach guard. Maybe it's just like you say Jason Rickenbacker, that she doesn't like the competition

Most guys really liked those prim breasts but I've got several negative comments from women. Not from all though, I have to say. Most people are very tolerant and nice

What you did could in no way be considered a TOS violation, so do not worry about LL taking any action against you. In fact if I were LL I would consider a warning against the person who ARed you as that was an abuse of the system and should not be allowed to continue.

Agree with Wilhelm and other like posters. From the sound of it I think the folks at LL will enjoy the pictures and hope you go back and get AR'ed again so they can see more pictures...Plus, I think they look for repeat patterns of abuse in AR's unless there's a sim-crasher about. Your goodies aren't so primmed they crash sims, are they?

Jealous female guard sounds like a good theory. Frankly, gay guy inhabiting female av and disturbed by that Other Kind of visible sexual characteristic sounds even better to me.

Lindens policy will be the land owner - and their agent (security) sets the rules. You can either abide or leave.

Unless they are actively harrasing you, etc.


A land owner can kick people off their land for being naked - or no reason at all. In Mature sim even.

Theres no requirement for them to be fair.

Whether prim boobs or oversized male genitals are better or worse - Its a matter of taste.

Your are justifiably pissed off. But, I really wouldn't worry that LL is going to come knocking on your door.
Maybe they should name the beach: "erect penis no breast beach"

It's incredibly stupid what happened to you, Anniella, even if the proprieters of the beach are within their rights to have such a policy. It does sound like you're better off elsewhere.

i'm pretty sure your dealing with a woman who owns it or whatever if its in the rules. YOu might want to send her a chat (the owner not the guard) suggesting she put the rules in a pop up notecard at the landing spot if they are that adamant at only have a nude beach for certain types of nude

Most places that are strange like that are likely aren't really worth going to anyhow so go where you can appropriately do what you like and leave it at that..

Most of you are asking for pics. Sure I could post one but I don't know if I'm allowed to post pics of nudity in this forum and I certainly don't want to do anything against the rules. I will post if a Linden allows me to do so, only.

Do this instead! Open search inworld and type prim boobs or prim tits! Then I'm sure you'll find stores that sell these type of genitals. Go there and take a look if you're curious!

Sorry about what happened to you, Anniella! Yes, thta was stupid and unfair.

I'd recommend to just shrug off the bad experience and go elsewhere. I am 100% sure that there are many, many people out there who would welcome having you and your prims around.

Oh, BTW, don't worry about the AR. The idea of an AR about this is just too funny. *lol*

I think that's what they should have at Laguna. Not like now, the rules written on a board somewhere on that huge beach. How do visitors otherwise know there are any local rules and where to look for them? To receive a notecard at the landing spot is the best way to tell visitors what you want if you have any special rules.

But local rules have nothing to do with TOS or CS anyway. You can kick people off your land or ban them referring to local rules, sure, but that doesn't mean it is a TOS or CS violation necessarily.

Places like that should have a notecard pop up stating the rules imho. The guard that kicked you off prolly has no breasts at all, and LL will definately do nothing about this. Somehow the thought of all the guys running around with their attachments on, made me laugh out loud though. Definately not my place to visit, but to each his/her own.

All can set their own local rules for their land. I can decide that I require everyone that visits my land to wear a pancake on their head but I can't use my rule as an excuse to let the Linden Lab decide whether my visitors are complying by my rules or not. They decide whether the residents follow the global rules of SL or not.

True, LL couldn't care less about it. And I don't like pancakes.

That place is so so screwy at times. I was there before after someone insulted me in japanese. When I spoke to one of the guards he just laughed...........There you go......two sets of rules there. Sad i had so high hopes for that place until they started having worker issues over there.
