Often times a good attorney will ask you what you can do to resolve it without their legal intervention as that usually cost a minimum of $90-$300/hr depending on what city/state you live in once they get involved.

SO i believe him.

Well, ok then! (The lawyers I have contacted in cases similar to these have never instructed me to blab about how poorly I've been treated in a public forum, but maybe I HAVE been speaking to bad lawyers. Mine usually just writes a letter and things get cleared up. - I think I'll keep using her).

For the Too Long Didn't Readers, skip to the end.

Anyway, I say all of this beforehand because first my second main was banned, and then all of my alts were banned as well. I only received one email, for my second main account, which stated that they wanted to prove my identity. I had previously done this with age verification but they wanted photo proof. (Hello, Identity theft anyone?)

You state they asked for photo proof of identity. This statement makes me think you are unwilling to send such proof. If this is the stage LL is at, nothing else will satisfy their need to re-instate your account.

Well I had provided photo proof when I age verified. So I just sent in the same information. This seems to be a different issue I think. How can it be identity confirmation solely...when I had already proven that?

Seems illegitimate excuse to ban someone.

Really? So you've had cases similar to these with LL? No communication. No response. Thousand dollars.

That's the sort of situation you've been in before? Heh. I think not. I'm enjoying your responses though. They're really helping.

Perhaps in an attempt to tie all of your various accounts together. They must have suspicion of some type, and stranger things have happened with the LL ban hammer. Hope it gets sorted for you.
