So if you sold 2048, reduce tier that same number, to avoid being charged for non existent land? & thanks _____________________

The land available can be negative for a while without any ill effects. If it goes negative, put enough tier back to make it 0. ETA: You could remove 2048 + 10% (2252) straight away and see how it looks in the group's land stats. It's not something that needs to be got right immediately, or else. You have plenty of time to fiddle with it. _____________________
