Apologies if this has been answered already, but I'm looking to buy land in Zindra and much of what's for sale is NOT classified as adult, but as mature or even - can this be right? - PG. Does anybody understand what's going on? Won't this just cause the same problems again? The last thing I want is to find I've bought there and STILL subject to restrictions....

if you are running one of the older viewer versions it will show only pg and mature land ..so in zindra you would only see mature land on one of those..you need to update your viewer to see adult rated lands

Installing other viewers (like at least one version of Snowglobe) can screw up the official viewer and make Adult land appear as Mature, as well.

Yeah that was teh real Hal. He puts up with me. He's proof that age is immaterial and friendship crosses all manner of worlds and lives. In SL he will live forever. _____________________

Charybdis says hi . . . she's a bit indisposed this morning, having consumed several triremes last night; at least one of them seems to have disagreed with her. I was doing some healthy off-roading in reality, on my own in the middle of nowhere and watching winter's claw start to scratch the high tundra. But thanks be to God for satellite radio! One advantage of being a recovering alcoholic is you get plenty of fresh air. _____________________

Yah, that's what I said in group chat. Well, not the need to update viewer. Don't need to update viewer to see adult land, just open the map. Map will show correct land rating. Parcel description shows wrong rating. At least in the viewer error I saw when I had that issue. ya it showed in some places as adult but not in the about land and buy land and things like that.. I hate upgrading myself..you just never know when it's time to face the axe and be told you don't have a good enough system to get in anymore lol _____________________
