DJ events most nights from 8pm SL time to midnight. Event listings aren't always posted in search, but they DO get announced in group announcements. Drama free zone. sounds like my kinda place..except I seem to create drama without meaning to. |

I've always had the best luck searching for live music. Sometimes, live DJ's are listed with live music (not live music, IMO), but generally there is always a crowd at the live events. Often, there's a pretty good description of the type of music, too.

From: Zan Beck Yeah OK you know I'm going to have to recomend somewhere and I just happen to work there. It's called Waves, 3 live DJs sessions everynight and each one has their own tastes from 80ties to hard rock, pole dancers that keep their clothes on (fantastic poles as well from Sine Waves) and a new comp with each session and they are usually something everyone has in their invent ie best in uniform and lots of lindens to win BUT it's mainly because people come and stay and come back time after time. Like Cheers it's nice to go somewhere where people will say hello and invite you in with no pressure. i have to second your opinion - i love Waves Beach Club - i always have i always feel welcome there, and always feel like i am one of the cool kids when i am there and i always leave with a smile on my face i have never once been im'd with "offers" while there which i appreciate and the conversation will make you giggle - guaranteed  edited to add> (or lol) lol |
