No argument with your business model. I'm not surprised you're a better, more successful landlord than I was. It's just Liome has such lovely natural terra and its obscured by the cityscape, as cool as it may be.


Personally I think you both designed Liome well, it wasn't your run of the mill mainland in either case.

Czari, from what I heard, people were misbehaving in increasingly organized fashion. There was a small group of squeaky wheels making life unpleasant, and word was that Micala just had enough, and closed up shop. I miss it too.

It didn't seem the type of place that would attract those who act up...but guess one never knows :(

In lieu of tips (money adds up even in Lindens) a nice thank-you note card to a sim owner, event organiser, club host, etc., would be welcomed, I'm sure.
