Ok so my girl and i just got our own plot of land on the mainland WOOT
but we want the group the we ahve to own it. How does this work exactly, can someone give me step by step instuructions on how to have the group owning the land but my partner paying the tier (im not premiuim). |

When she's on the plot: World / About Land
1) Click on "Set" next to group and pick the proper group 2) Check "Allow deed to group" 3) Check "Owner makes contribution with deed" 4) Click "Deed" and deed the land --- Groups can't pay for land themselves, they need group member(s) to donate tier to them (which that individual is paying for) in order to support land. "Owner makes contribution with deed" will donate a sufficient amount of her tier to the group to the group automatically as part of deeding it. If the group should ever run out of sufficient tier to support the land (she withdraws it or ends up not paying) then eventually LL will simply reclaim the land after notifying the group owner that more tier is needed. If she decides to ever tier down (or after selling the land) she'll need to go into the group, under the "Land & L$" tab and zero out the tier she donated to the group. Tier donated to a group is always considered used, whether or not the group actually owns any land (or less land than there is tier for) so she'd continue paying for that tier until she explicitly withdraws it. If she ever wants/needs to undeed the land, zero out the contribution the same way (the group will complain there's not enough tier, but that's okies), open it again to check and then sell the land back to herself at L$0 (please don't sell at anything but L$0, it forces you to explicitly pick who you want to sell it) and then simply buy the land again (and check that's not trying to bump her up in tier).
