I am using "Second Life 1.19.1 (0) Mar 5 2008 17:51:19 (Second Life Release Candidate)"

Every time I log in, it tells me I must update to the new release version.

It downloads that same version, tells me I already have it installed but can reinstall it, so I do, then I log in fine.

Next time I log in, same problem all over again.

What am I doing wrong???

Someone was having that problem yesterday and it turned out to be an issue with the SL shortcut...since Windlight went from FL to RC, it has to be changed.

Using a Release Candidate viewer and expecting it to work properly.

an RC is basically a beta version, granted if it reaches RC status is should work better than this but with LL's track record on their official released versions you should not be surprised. I would recommend you install and use the official version until such time as they release the new one.

yeah I had the same problem, the link fixed that issue..

But I got serious issues with it now.. In fact I can't login to SL using this viewer!!
