Then aim for some VIRTUAL endorphins, tears and blood raised to skin surface ... and making someone very very happy in the process ... ***edit*** not bleeding - have just realised that the literal minded probably think I mean slashing my wrists or something  What I am referring to is ALL good but probably doesn't get me far away from my rep LOL

(Yes I know it wasn't you doing it!) Mind you, swapping poses on multipose things which the unwary are using in public can be fun ... I've not DONE that (heaven forfend! yeah course I want to) but I have laughed myself into agony at someone else doing it. Before booting them, in days gone by, from an establishment long gone.

I have not had that option in a long time. It's a shame, because I realy could have used it last night. Im getting soft in my old age. Things efect me emotionally that I used to never even consider. I'm 47. Too damn old to be getting into a fist fight. Too much pain in this world already to go causing more. And I know she will go right back to him anyway. Why do women stay with abusive punks anyway. Woke up this morning feeling better. The cats don't care if it's saturday and I want to sleep late. They nuzzle me until I get up and feed them. My daughter had 2 friends stay over last nigt and they are all sprawled on the couch. Looking innocent. I live with 4 cats (all female), my daughter, wife, our best friends were over last night (both female) and the two daughters that belong to one of thse friends. It's no wonder I get to emotional at time. It's another day. The sun is up in a clear blue sky. I'll start breakfast for the crew in a few minutes. Tell some jokes. Pick on the girls and drink in their giggles and laughter. Today will be a better day. |

this "stress" thing, I've heard it mentioned before.
I breathe deeply, using the diaphragm, pause in between inhaling and exhaling, and visualise a golden beach with a blue sea. See the water lapping around my feet in time with my breathing............................

I drown myself in lots of hot water, with a fantasy/sci-fi book.. maybe some manga.. and a wee bit of chocolates. Then I get out and go find some pixels to kill in some rather amusing ways. By the time that's all done, if my mood hasn't changed, well, it's not gonna  I love games like Sims 2.. they die in such amusing ways and sometimes comes back in even more!

I either sit at one of my favorite scenic spots and listen to "Claire de Lune", not to be confused with our own lovely "Claire The Loon", or I start up the Huey and find a sunset to fly into.

Well, if I've had a particularily stressful day either in SL or RL....I just make myself a cup of coffee, sit down and watch the evening news.... after that, my troubles don't seem even a quarter as bad as what other people have to go through.
Also, I like to open up Photoshop and mess around with that...., read through various tutorials and perhaps add a new skill to my virtual belt...
