I have 2 little parcels that I want to sell. They're in my name. When I placed a classified ad through my profile, I don't have a choice for land sales in the category, only have Land Rental, Property Rental, etc.

My understanding is that the land bots only affect mainland, right? Correct! Sue, if you own estate land, do a couple of additional things. 1. Check your covenant. Make sure that you are allowed to re-sell the land. (usually you are, you just can't subdivide it). 2. Write a classified ad and place it in the Land for Sale forum here on this site. 3. Get the free SL Exchange Listing Assistant, and list your parcel on SLEX, too. There's a nominal fee, I think $L25. You will need a SLEX account. 4. Check with your estate owner. Some have their own websites, and of those, some will help you sell your parcel by providing a listing of it there. _____________________
