2 days ago i was logged into sl fine, no problems except for a bit of lag....
yesterday, i installed windows vista business on my pc and now it wont let me log into sl..
every time i try to log in, i get an error saying the following:
'Secondlife is unable to run becasue your videocard drivers did not install properly, are out of date or are for unsupported hardware. please make sure you have the latest video card drivers and even if you do have the latest, try to reinstall them.
if you continue to recieve this message, contact customer service.'
i am using the same card i was using on XP, the drivers are up to date, i have even uninstalled it and reinstallled it twice... but i still get the error.
admitadly, i know nothing about hardware, so i dont really understand why its not working... i have checked the requirements for sl to be used with vista and my pc still meets these requirements.. so i dont understand why it wotn let me on
anyone have any ideas how to sort this please?
here are my card/driver details:
using Nvidea geforce 8500 gt, according to my pc and their website, it has the latest driver for it ' driver - 6.14.11.8585'...
