Reclaiming deeded land

Hi.
I have a large open space sim with a couple renters on subdivided parcels. I pay tier to the region owner, who gives me full estate manager rights.
One of the renters wanted their media devices to work, so I created a special renters group and deeded the sim to that group.

Now I'd like to reclaim the land as it was when I bought it, me being the sole owner. The reason is I'm thinking to sell roughly 1/2 the sim.

According to Vew>>Land owners I only own a tiny amount.

If I leave the renters group which I created - is the group disolved and the land returned to me?

How do I reclaim the land to original state?

Thanks in advance

Wouldn't reclaiming the land revert it back to the true sim owner?

You'll have to set the land for sale to yourself, and buy it back. If you dissolve the group, the land will go back to the owner of the OpenSpace Sim - the person ou are apparently renting it from.

If you ARE the actual sim owner, as in you own at least one normal sim and this OpenSpace Sim is just one of many that you have, then the "Reclaim land" command should allow you to take it back from any existing renters.

It's still there, and it will be very helpful for the OP, just look for this topic in there, "HOW TO: TRANSFER LAND FROM A GROUP TO INDIVIDUAL:"

All right, now I REALLY think I'm going nuts. First I see myself gesturing instead of typing, but nobody can reproduce it. Then I looked for that sticky TWICE and didn't see it...and now it is back again.
