Flex is a client side effect that can be turned off. It is not a physics-based effect. So no, Havok 4 will not affect jiggling boobs.

forget who makes them but I saw them too, they sent me a demo, I was curious

There is a strip club in Cartmel now. Place is called Hooters or knockers or something like that. From what I can tell all the people that work there use those big 'o flexi boobs. Scary stuff.

I bought a set of giggling boobs about a year ago when flexi first came out........they were ugly.........I mean really ugly
If they were transfer I probably gave them away....if not, I deleted them |

Some (most) of the prim breasts are rather frightening but the jiggling ones I saw recently via a video on youtube were not over the top big, matched the skin and were just...jiggly. I have not met anyone in SL who actually had them....although I'd like to
