Hmm perhaps you should wait till LL put prices up 40% before buying, it seems most people would rather pay more for sims . Or you could just do what one landlord is doing, his tennants were on a group telling how they were moving because he raised rent to cover his land value loss. So just put your rents up 40% too and alls good............. Beside if you don't want to buy an Island now at $1000US, someone will sell you one at $1695 if you ask nicely So now the competition will be on service and content, just carving an island into 1024's, throwing out some freebie palm trees and cheap houses to ren at at $2 per prim per meter isn't going to cut it anymore. I suspect this will sway the balance between owners and renters. And those that don't believe anyone uses land for anything other than investment are just blind.

I guess were the odd people out of the bunch here..we plan to buy an island and make it into a private home playground just for us.no renting no selling...
See what happens in the next few weeks though with the prices.
