Hey guys! Got a new question for ya'll.
How do you find the URL for an internet radio station so that you can add it to your media stream on your land/radio/tv? I've found plenty of internet radio's I liked, but can never figure out which url I need from them to add to my TV so I can play the stream on my land. Thanks everyone!! <3

If you are using Winamp, do File View File Info.

There is nothing terribly special about SL URLs, except that you need the URL of the stream itself, not the website hosting it. Specifically, .mp3 and .pls formats are supported, I think .m3u still is not supported. Here is an excellent post from Lias giving step-by-step how to use shoutcast streams in SL: /327/03/265531/1.html#post2036800You can do the same thing with other clients, of course ... you just need one that has the equivalent of the "Get Info" button, to show you the actual stream URL. Or, you can find the right link on the Shoutcast website itself and hit "Properties"; usually the .pls URL will be shown. Good luck! .

The SL internet radio I use automates the process nicely. It will perform keyword searches and return a large fistful of URLS. Then you just tell it to tune to one of the search results.
