What do you call a group of Lindens?

Threads like this make it irresistible (for those who love word games) to bash a group of persons which probably contains some individuals of genuine talent, industry, and good will.

And I tend to believe that when we bash the entire group, knee-jerkishly, that makes THEM more likely to lump all Residents into the same Ungrateful Dim-witted Complainers group. Turnabout is fair play and all that sort of thing, so they would be justified in mirroring our lumping all Lindens into the same group.

But, not to overwhelm you with self-righteousness:

...............................................A Limp of Lindens.

A Contrarity of Lindens?
A Lie of Lindens?
A Perversity of Lindens?
An Incompetence of Lindens?

It could be a [RESOLVED] of Lindens, or maybe a supersad of Lindens. The grammar is Lindened, but what did you expect?

"my pals"

"friends"

"people I'd like to be my friends but I don't seem to have any friends so they're not"

"people who work for the best virtual world in existence"

Hey, someone had to be contrarian. It's a thread requirement.

A group of hippos is called a herd, bloat, or crash.

my vote is for a Crash of Lindens.

edit: in a funny joking kinda way of course!

Thanks for all the wonderful suggestions - I was writing an email and looking for a nice name for a group of Lindens. (Thought I should explain this, before someone comes up with an infestation of...)

I rather like an avatribe of...it is a bit like looking for a name for a group of avatars.

An avatribe of Lindens.
A diatribe of residents.

Hmmmmm - it could be seen to be a natural development to divide up on tribal lines. Tribes of mainlanders and estate dwellers. Tribes of moles and furries etc.
