You just have to send a signed letter containing specific information. The other party is then legally obliged to remove the disputed content. Yes, but if they win the dispute against your claim they can counter sue you for the legal costs they spent. That is what happened in the story I heard about. |

I think it's highly unlikely that somebody who robbed your work would have the audacity to not only file a counter claim but take you to court over it, particularly given how easy it would be for somebody who did a certain amount of post-processing in Photoshop to prove that they did indeed create the original work. |

I do have another Flickr account for RL stuff but having uploaded a few RL pictures to the SL account I wish I'd just used a single account for everything now.  |
