I think you would set the land to sell to a specific avatar - you - for zero lindens. Then buy it.
You might need to do something about removing tier donated to the group in order to avoid getting charged double tier for a month. There is a recent thread on the double tier problem. _____________________

When you 'deed' an object to a group, you're essentially 'selling' that object to the group for $0. The group is now the new owner, not you - even though you may 'own' the group.
This means that 'next-owner' permissions will apply, and when you sell the object back to yourself, you'll be stuck with 'next-owner' perms as well. Unfortunately, once ownership has changed to a new person, there's no undoing it even if you were the original creator of that object. ![]() _____________________

I have found this stickied post to be extremely helpful for learning how to do things like reclaim land from a group...

*bump on Gabby's reference for "undeeding" land*
For group-owned objects: if you were the one who rezzed and deeded it to the group then simply return them; or alternatively set them for sale at L$0 and buy them back in-place. |

Another way to "undeed" objects is if you have the manipulate group objects right is to simply take them, you still have the next owner permisions problem, there is no known way around that.

I just pick the object back up.
As mentioned, you will get the "next owner" permissions this way. _____________________
