They are "aware" and "close to finishing the solutions" means "we know" and "don't really care" It's not like they read all those tickets, the manpoower for that would be monumental.

Actually, you'd be surprised. After all, mine was just an easy "fix." Just say, the magic words "aware" and the LL approved definition of "resolve." Note, I mean they read it. This does not mean they passed on the word. More likely they read it, responded and then forgot about it

From: LittleMe Jewell *almost* ? There was a while there where stipends never came on time and sometimes not until late Wed night or Thr morning. And we would have Maintenance Wednesdays thrown in, where a 3 hour outage would last for a day and a half....whoopee!
