i have search all over and havent found anything that will help me , maybe im looking in the wrong places. :). maybe some one here can help?. i have had the shoutcast server for yrs now. and have piped it into my sim. i have never had a prob with it, but it seems now for some reason it wont play... its up and running / no problems / etc everywhere else but Sl. did they do some thing to change this or do you have to do something different to use it now or?........ if any one could steer me in where to look or fix it . i would apperciate it very much.. thanks .

In your land settings are you including the http://? in the URL.. sometime an extra space before the first h isn't noticeable and can cause problems.. lol been there done that..

They haven't changed anything at all.. I run my own stream as well.

In your land settings are you including the [url]http://?[/url] in the URL.. sometime

yes Taylor i have been there to. :) i have check recheck and nothing it seems everything is fine and running well. i have rebooted the sim had the lindens do it. and still nothing...thats whats so odd about it. it was working fine then just stopped..i have gone over everything i can think off. and still nothing... thanks for your input though. i appercite it .:)

Check your firewall

turn it off, see if it works, if it does go into firewall and set some rules....

If you're in SL and lose the audio, try bringing up WinAmp or iTunes or anything else that can listen to a stream and see if that works. That will at least tell you if the problem is SL or something else.

is it only that stream, or every stream from shoutcast?
