I have been seeing all the houses and buildings in the sky but no property lines or owner ship stuff??
I was wondering can u build up there for free? I mean no land price crap?

Short answer: Nope. Those sky boxes are still on parcels owned by somebody; they just happen to be 500 meters in the air. All property lines and boundaries still exist, up to infinity and beyond. _____________________

As Claire said. The land directly below the skyboxes you see are owned by someone. Either the person who owns the skybox or someone who is renting their air space to them.
