Corrupt shape - take 2

Yesterday I posted a message asking if anyone else had had issues with corrupt shapes. It even got one reply before I stopped browsing the forum. Today I looked to see if anyone replied and the topic is just gone. I've searched for all my posts and that specific one and its just missing. Very weird!!

So here I go again..... I sell shapes. I discovered that one of the shapes was corrupted. When I tried to wear it I got a blue box message saying something like, "This is broken; contact the vendor." The corruption was on the server side so that all "copies" are corrupt including those in customers inventories.

I reproduced the shape from scratch and replaced it in all vending points then sent out a copy to those people who bought it in the last 30 days. I can't go back further then that as I don't have the names.

My questions were: Does this happen often? Is it just shapes that are effected? Do I have to run through my inventory regularly to see what SL broke this week?

The shape effected was Madelene a petite BBW.

Thanks Bilbo. It does seem to be a rare occurence. Still don't know why that particular post doesn't show up when I search on my own name. *shrug*

I've not tried search for a while now since it borked at one point and wouldn't show mine
