Teeple Linden Rocks!!!!!!

Once again, Teeple Linden to the rescue! I hear so many horror stories about LL and the poor support, I can only speak for myself, but mine has been outstanding.

If it is just by the grace of the Gods, I can't say, but the little help that I have required was instantly responded to both times. If by chance Teeple Linden just happened to be the person next in line for support and I, for some reason chanced on him BOTH times was nothing but a miracle, then I conceed that LL is lacking.

BUT............Teeple ROCKS!

My problem both times were with land transfer and both times, I received instant and satisfactory responses. I can't help believing that LL is not trying their hardest to comply with our demands, and when you think about the scope of problems that must be dealt with on a day to day basis for them, my lord!

If it is not the gambling, it is the pedophiles, or the VAT or server problems, inventory issues, bad press, and all of the little bitches each and everyone of us complain about day after day, on and on and on................

I for one, will continue to put up with SL and shrug off the little stuff for awhile longer.

I say, 3 cheers for Teeple, at least one for LL!

This forum isn't for general discussion; there are many Resident Sites where this discussion is appropriate — Resident Answers is for Resident-to-Resident help.

Excellent point, Malachi. It is VERY helpful for residents to know that it IS possible to get support from the Lindens. We get so many people complaining here when things go wrong, it gives some people the idea that there is no point in even trying to get help.

In addition to my past pleasant experience with Teeple, I received excellent service last night from two other Lindens. A recently-created av had done a little redecorating on my neighbor's land, dumping a large club over several parcels. Autoreturn was turned off on the parcel where the structure was rooted, and the owners of that parcel were nowhere to be found.

I did a live chat (non-concierge) and got an immediate response from Twilight Linden. Twilight immediately dispatched Plexus Linden, who arrived within a minute dressed as the Headless Horseman and quickly cleaned up the mess. A big thank you to Twilight and Plexus!

Teeple DOES rock, I have been saying this for a long long time. And making him blush if I can cos he is very modest too (or he does a good job of pretending to be modest if it's not the case).

I've generally found that no issue is too small for him to help with.

I can't speak for Teeple but I've had outstanding customer support lately via Live Concierge Chat. I'm never going to use the Support Ticket system again unless 1) it's something pretty trivial or 2) I'm asked to by LL.
