Dumb people do not bother me.
There is nothing at all wrong with not knowing. Teach them and they will no longer be dumb.
Somepeople are tactile and this can be more diffictult to learn for them in a very linguistic world such as SL. It takes more time. Teach them until you run out of patience and then show them where they can get more help than you are willing to give.
I only mute/ignore mean people.
What I consider mean is in no way a universally agreed upon standard.
I currently have 16 people on my RA mute list. YMMV

Others are just too clueless to learn any better. Long story made short: I worked with a waitress, who was also 22 at the time, who thought you could drive to Germany from Pennsylvania. She thought Alaska & Hawaii were near Mexico since thats how the map showed them. This girl graduated at the top of her class from High School. This is the same workplace where I had to watch what words I used in conversation since they couldnt understand "Big Words". My fiancee's sister, a school teacher, thinks the Moon casts light not reflects light. Another dumb thing I hate: People that buy their teenager a fast sports car, then wonder why the kid dies in a high speed collision? DURRRR!!! We were all teens at one time!! THINK!! HELL! If I had a Mustang at 16, I'd be flying around too!! Even as a computer technician, I can forgive 98% of the stuff people do because, really, how would they know?
