WE want you to buy the second one so we can have fun with your airship.... :D

You can do that any time baby ;)

Oh wait, you mean my actual airship!

Me too. Although, they also have plots cheaper with less prims. Also FairChang have a sandbox to rez the airship in and lots and lots of protected waterways and roadways to fly about in. The Forum Cartel Airship Cruise is back on!!

Face it. You love Fairchang, go for it. Tho if you're not building, not sure you NEED all those prims ... maybe a smaller lot?

The mainland is an eyesore; I finally sold off my land after hopping from place to place trying to get away from the ad-farms and unattended (ugly) or attended (ugly and laggy) clubs. I'm currently unlanded as the game is too frustratingly buggy for me, but if or when I return, I'd likely rent.

Mainland isn't all bad news. I mean, true, there are the ad farms and the trash developments, but there is also a lot of nice things, a lot of creativity with the landscape, and, above all, the sense of living in a part of a larger world that you don't get on an island. I'm not knocking islands, they have many advantages, but mainland isn't all bad news.

I agree. I've seen some plots the same size with less prims for less money too.

As a lifetime account holder with 4096m free tier, I recommend you rent on an island with covenants. Not all mainland sims are eyesores. TP to the SLurl in my sig. ;)

Hmmm... I wonder how much the land is worth now at that first place whence all the hopping began.

The way I'd do it is I have an island retreat that is my home and very private and then land on the mainland. That could work for you too Conan. One is for building and experiencing the mainland zest and one is for privacy and stability.

Then if the mainland sim goes ugly, you still have your home.
