bah! if she did go furry, I'd introduce her to the right ones.

They at least would take her to the nice hotels, and likely the good clubs.

LOL!

LOL!
Did you ever see a film called The Mephisto Waltz? It had Alan Alda in it. Whenever I see your name Mac, that film pops in my head too lol

I have not seen it. But I do like Alan Alda. :) I hope it was a good movie. I would hate to think when you see my name you are like "that movie sucks".

I present to you the reasons behind my name:

Bono as Macphisto during the ZooTV tour:

Angelus from Buffy:

I actually got to talk to the Linden that put the name Angelus into rotation. He called me one of his "children". :)

The movie is one of my all time favs and excellent - hard to get now though. I have an imperfect TV->VIDEO-DVD conversion only.

I like that about the Linden, some of them really know how to make people feel special (in a good sort of way) VV :)

I love the Buffy and Angel series too :) but then I would, wouldn't I? Lol

I would love to know who put Graves into the mix and give them a big thanks - it was like it was made for me!

LOL I just Googled 'Imako' using images to see if any cool pictures of rockstars or Buffy-type pics would come out, and on the 1st page, there are pics I've posted in forums. Nothing cool...

It is a very unusual name though. Sounds like it could be Japanese in origin.

At least you are a google star. :D

And yes, Gabriele.. Graves was tailor made for you. :) I felt the same way about Angelus. It was a perfect homage to my love for Buffy/Angel.

OK.. cool sale alert for the ladies.

When I logged in I got a notecard from one of my favorite places, Urban Dare. They are a great Neko store with awesome prices.

They are having a boot sale while they introduce their new ladies boots. These babies are only... wait for it..... 100L. What a freaking steal for boots like this:

From: someone

-------------------------------
New Items at Urban Dare
-------------------------------
50% OFF SALE ON NEW BOOTS UNTIL FRIDAY JUNE 6,2008.
Straps, Spikes, and Bullet Boots await you.
All boots include a walking sound hud with 16 sound effects + Bling control.

http://slurl.com/secondlife/Dare/130/150/23/?title=Urban%20Dare

Only until tomorrow so grab them while you can. :)

I would get the straps version, but they don't have guy boots *yet*

Well, I've just spent the better part of a day catching up on this damn thread! Although it is a perfect post-Disneyland-with-3-young-children activity.

There are way to many posts to catch with everyone so I'll just offer hugs to 3-ring and CX. So glad things turned out well 3 Ring! and Kudos to you for having the guts to confront the work situation.

I've had many house guests since Sunday evening, most have gone home, but my sister is still here. So tonight we're recovering from overload, she's reading a book and I'm in a different room catching up on some SL time. Tomorrow, some sisterly bonding shopping for a special occasion dress.... It's been an unexpectedly nice week, although the occasion of the gathering was not a happy one.

I was thinking I'd have to give up on reading every single post in the thread, but here I am, can still say that! Yaaay!!!

When I first came to SL, I had no idea what yiffing was, or that some people were furries generally. A complete sub-culture I was not aware of, one of many too.

SL certainly has been an education.

I learned about Yiffing from a CSI episode

Hi Rha! Glad you're having fun in San Diego :)
I've always wanted to see sand dunes, or go on a road trip through the desert.

Me too. Have always liked the show, but it surprises me how many of the episodes are tailor made for sl.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.
