Change doesn't work from the top anyway. It doesn't matter which clown is sitting in the Oval Office, change has to happen at the lower levels. In that spirit, I voted out every incumbent on my ballot save for my Congressman. Most have been in office long enough to be just another part of the problem. That is how I define Term Limits. Not everyone is laughing. Disclaimer: Not trying to make a statement or judgement, just saw an excuse to post that picture. _____________________ |

The First and Probably Only Annual Lebettu Lighter Than Air Festival is definitely ON for this Saturday, November 8! Noon to 2 SL time. Syn Beresford will be driving the beachfront dance floor for non-pilots. Bring your aerostat, bring your partner, bring a date (but maybe not all three at once...) See you there, in the air! _____________________ It's still My World and My Imagination! So there. Lindal Kidd |

Why can't we have real life leaders like this? They're not as good actors. And they have lousy script writers. |

| Lindal Kidd Dances With Noobs Join date: 26 Jun 2007 Posts: 8,371 | 11-04-2008 11:32 Okay, I admit it. I am jealous. Green with envy. What's worse, the person I'm jealous of is a sweet and friendly girl who doesn't deserve the evil thoughts I can't seem to stop hurling her way. Honeybear. Yes, Honeybear. Just to start, she has the most beautiful avatar I've ever seen. The hair, the shape, the skin, the poses...and the loveliest clothes. AND she has more exciting jobs and enterprises than I can keep track of. Rentals, club owner, model, fashion designer, photographer... and she seems to have time to juggle them all. *AND* she has one of the cutest guys on the forum panting after her to massage her tired feet. And gets to nibble his ears. And probably other stuff too. Me? I get a nightly crowd of newbies, half of whom don't speak English. And a sim with one tenant. Maybe two, if the one who's in arrears comes up with another week's rent. Please, Honey...tell us mortals how you do it. Did you sell your soul to the Devil? Can you give me his number? I'd offer to rub your feet in exchange, but Jerry's doing that. Do you need a social secretary? Trout seems to have been absent lately...something about a write-in campaign for President, I think... _____________________ It's still My World and My Imagination! So there. Lindal Kidd |
